Kelowna Mill Site

We are proud to be working alongside the City of Kelowna in realizing a revitalized North End neighbourhood, including a reimagining of the historical Tolko mill site.

A long-standing fixture on the Kelowna waterfront with a rich history, the Mill Site is in the process of emerging from its industrial past and realizing its future as a mixed-use community to include residential units, retail, food & beverage, hotel, office space, parks, public spaces, recreational and cultural facilities. The reimagined Mill Site promises to honour the needs and wishes of the people who call Kelowna home today, as well as the rich history and natural character of its stunning setting.
